JLL is looking to solve the problem of ensuring their workforce maintains the highest standards of technical competency, safety compliance, and operational excellence in mission-critical infrastructure environments by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for data center operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Has worked in a hyperscale or AI-related environment
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations, maintenance, or engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with mission-critical infrastructure systems
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure including electrical systems, HVAC, fire suppression, and monitoring systems
- Understanding of power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and backup power equipment
- Familiarity with cooling technologies including CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water systems, and precision cooling
- Knowledge of building automation systems (BMS) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for data center operations, maintenance, and emergency procedures
- Create engaging training materials as necessary to support the assets utilized by employees onsite
- Deliver classroom instruction, hands-on technical training, and virtual learning sessions as necessary
- Develop competency assessments and skills evaluations for various technical roles based on the qual card program on account
- Maintain training records and certification tracking systems
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
- Update training materials to reflect new technologies, procedures, and industry best practices

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field desired
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for groups of varying sizes
- Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation and procedures
