ATLAS SP is seeking to scale its business by building out a data ecosystem, and the data developer will help design and build a foundation to strengthen and scale the existing data model.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Python and SQL
- Experience working with cloud technology (preferably Azure), data models, API integration
- Data warehousing experience
- Experience using common BI tools including Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI etc.
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets
- Agile development experience
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
Responsibilities
- Analyze, rationalize and refactor complex ecosystem of legacy systems
- Architect and scale a modern data platform that consumes data from multiple internal sources and vendors
- Enhance the data model taking into account industry best practices
- Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to efficiently process large volumes of data
- Work with engineering teams to ensure robust instrumentation across multiple systems
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
- Implement monitoring systems to ensure data quality
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a software developer
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytic skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment
