Gulf Island is looking to solve the problem of building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track job-related costs and create billing orders for processing.
Requirements
- Must be able to build, maintain, and correct Excel spread sheets at an advanced level
- Advanced with building, modifying and maintaining Excel spread sheets
- Experience in working with accounting software applications, Report writing applications and Programs
- Basic knowledge working with Office Phones and copy machines
Responsibilities
- Track all job-related costs in job trackers/excel
- Audit DSR Tracker / Invoices
- Build, modify, and maintain Excel Spread sheets
- Create and comprehend complex 'if' formulas, nested formulas, and pivot tables
- Expert level with Excel to build and maintain data engines
Other
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Gulf Island will not sponsor applications for work visas. Additionally, applicants for employment with Gulf Island must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
