HUB International is looking to solve the problem of organizing and supporting the development of all Enterprise Data & Analytics (DnA) projects and product solutions from conception to completion
Requirements
- Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e., Scrum, Kanban)
- Intermediate knowledge on querying data using SQL is required
- Data Modeling experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Working with senior team members to analyze multiple enterprise-grade projects that focus specifically on data-driven solutions
- Learning subject matter expertise for business, functional, technical data analysis
- Interpret data and analyze results to map data into new data models or to enhance exiting data models
- Assisting Business and Product owners clarify their vision to illuminate the key features of the minimally viable product
- Collaborating with team to create testing plans and test cases
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patters in complete data sets
Other
- Graduate of an accredited bachelor’s degree or associates degree program in Business Administration or Computer Science or Five years’ experience business data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Travel Required: 1-4x per year to meet with team for team building week
