Requirements
- optimizing short- and long-term production plans to drive production inventory targets
- designing and implementing digital transformation strategies
- building reports and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau
- programming languages including Python and R
- Domino and writing Computer System Validation documents
Responsibilities
- develop and validate technical solutions, supporting data and analytics initiatives and ensuring the seamless operation of the supply chain processes
- Drive data-driven decision-making and enhance supply chain efficiency through algorithm development, automation, and data visualization
- Design and modify algorithms and code to address existing challenges
- Develop comprehensive visualization solutions to represent data effectively
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions
- Support incident and change management processes for deployed solutions
Other
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Engineering or a related field
- 1 year of experience leading end-to-end planning and implementation of new product variations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Up to 15% domestic and international travel required
