Requirements
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to resolve complex issues through cross-functional collaboration
- Clear documentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Service-oriented and responsive to internal client needs
- Experience with data engineering or related technical role
Responsibilities
- Test and validate data transformations and ingestion pipelines
- Build and monitor automated data workflows
- Optimize data lake architecture, including views, indexing, and partitioning
- Collaborate with developers to improve performance and scalability
- Implement and enforce data governance and access policies
- Document data architecture, lineage, and best practices
- Ensure data integrity and availability for downstream analytics
Other
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in a data engineering or related technical role
- Ability to travel as necessary according to business needs
