RoadRunner is looking to integrate and manage data across systems, applications, and platforms to enable data-driven decisions that optimize processes and maximize impact. The company aims to modernize the waste industry through technology, AI, and data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in integrations engineering, data engineering or a similar role
- Expertise in database and data warehouse/lake design, upgrading and querying, including strong proficiency in SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with data ETL tools such as Fivetran, DMS and DBT
- 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud platform and related data engineering services (RDS, DMS, kinesis, Kafka, Athena, Glue, etc).
- Experience with API integrations and building connectors for third-party data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data integrations solutions connecting systems, applications and platforms
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines, databases, warehouses and API integrations
- Contribute in shaping the Technical Stack for future data integrations
- Establish design patterns and separation of data usage between Technology and Analysis
- Develop and optimize queries for technical and business needs
