The company is looking for a Data Engineer to own the pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics across BuildOps, ensuring data is reliable, efficient, and ready for analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong SQL and Python skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake administration.
- Experience building pipelines with dbt, Airbyte, Airflow, and AWS.
- Proficiency in dimensional data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schemas).
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline engineering workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines from internal and external data sources into Snowflake using technologies such as dbt, Airbyte, Airflow, and AWS.
- Develop clean, well-modeled datasets from internal data sources to support reporting and analytics.
- Own Snowflake administration, including network controls, personal access tokens, role-based access, performance optimization, and cost management.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and available.
- Monitor pipeline health and implement automation for reliability and scalability.
