SteerBridge Strategies is looking to solve the business and technical problem of transforming parts availability, reducing maintenance downtime, and enhancing operational readiness across the Department of Defense by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) on high-impact datasets and advanced analytics pipelines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, DataFrames) and SQL for structured data management.
• Experience with AWS Glue, S3, and Redshift or similar ETL pipeline and data warehouse technologies.
• Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or AI integration.
• Experience supporting federal or defense-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows for analytics and machine learning applications.
• Work with Python (Pandas, DataFrames) and SQL to manage and optimize structured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support predictive modeling and AI/ML integration.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and documentation.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in accordance with federal standards.
• Support the deployment of solutions in a cloud-based environment (AWS preferred).

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant data engineering or software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
