Requirements
- proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- proficiency in other relevant HR software
Responsibilities
- sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs
- collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- managing the candidate pipeline
- maintaining accurate records in our ATS
- providing a positive candidate experience
- coordinating interview schedules
- conducting reference checks
Other
- bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
