Ensure smooth operations across enterprise data platforms by managing data-related incidents and collaborating with technical teams for long-term solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of data management concepts and data troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Exposure to BI/analytics platforms (e.g., MicroStrategy) is a plus.
- Experience with ThinkFolio, Aladdin, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and resolve Jira tickets related to enterprise and reference data issues.
- Conduct initial triage of issues, assess severity/urgency, and assign to the right teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
- Provide regular stakeholder communication and updates on issue resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps and build a knowledge base for recurring problems.
- Work with L3/engineering teams on root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Support data integrity, governance, and accuracy across systems.

- This is a full time position and is based at our New York office, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Working from the office four days a week is mandatory to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
