Google is looking to solve the technical relationship of its largest advertising clients and/or product partners by leveraging emerging technologies for external clients/partners, and building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for users through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience working with data infrastructure and data models by performing exploratory queries and scripts.
- 3 years of experience designing data pipelines and dimensional data modeling for synch and asynch system integration and implementation using internal (e.g., Flume, etc.) and external stacks (e.g., DataFlow, Spark, etc.).
- 3 years of experience with statistical methodology and data consumption tools such as business intelligence tools, collabs, jupyter notebooks, Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Machine Learning for production workflows.
- Experience with data visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., data studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with data models, pipelines, and exchange formats
Responsibilities
- Design and build data processing systems with a focus on security, compliance, scalability, efficiency, reliability, and portability.
- Create or consult in creating data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., data studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and exchange formats to assist in the visualization, analysis, and interpretation for use of data in ML training/models.
- Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for external clients/partners.
- Oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
