Responsibilities
- Development - Drives the overall design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with applications and other system solutions
- Data Collection and Analysis -Develops and maintains data model structures, extract transform and load (ETL) services, reporting services and enterprise data management strategies
- Data Collection and Analysis - Establishes, performs, and documents procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, validation, standardization, and analysis
- Technical and Analytical Skills - Uses Python, R, and modern DSML tools to create, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models
- Technical and Analytical Skills - Works with multiple database business intelligence tools developing new reports focusing on platforms related to Business Objects and Web Intelligence
- Technical and Analytical Skills - Creates, runs and/or monitors daily process updates from/to various third-party vendors and resolves any systematic issues
- Technical Support - Works with IT technical staff to ensure changes are implemented according to business and IT specifications, policies, and operational procedures
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 4 years of Data Analytics work experience preferred
- Project Management skills are a plus along with experience in banking or credit union environments
- Must reside in either Wisconsin or Minnesota
- Hybrid Position based out of Menomonie, WI and will require some onsite work
