Net Health is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to transform data into a useful format for analysis and enable end users to consume and analyze data faster and easier.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Experience with various data sources, standardized and non-standardized datasets such as EHR, MDS, OASIS, and claims.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with tools, languages, data processing frameworks, and databases.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data from a variety of data stores, such as data lakes, relational database management systems, and/or data warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data into data warehouses or other storage systems.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data models for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, quality, and performance.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance data infrastructure and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on data-related projects.
- Write complex SQL queries to support analytics needs.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
