As a Data Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we collect, transform, and store data to meet dynamic business needs. Your work will directly impact decision-making and empower teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • strong foundation in data warehousing and modeling

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into functional requirements and identify best practices to ensure these are implemented within the data products and systems across the team.
  • Lead external data providers to determine how to integrate data into the existing environment and data model.
  • Design highly scalable and extensible batch and real-time big data and cloud platforms which enables collection, storage, modeling, and analysis of massive data sets from numerous channels.
  • Perform architecture design, data modeling.
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions and implement complex big data projects.
  • Apply a creative mindset to a focus on collecting, parsing, managing, and automating data feedback loops in support of business innovation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to update the data pipeline.

  • Identify process and practice improvement opportunities, building business cases and influencing senior leaders to drive changes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Three (3) years of experience in job offered or as Business Development Analyst, Operations Analyst or Officer, Business Analyst, or a related occupation
  • In the alternative, a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in job offered or as Business Development Analyst, Operations Analyst or Officer, Business Analyst, or a related occupation.
