Requirements
- Familiar with Python and SQL
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
- Knowledge of ETL development, data validation, and reporting

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing ETL workflows using Python and SQL to support campaign operations.
- Run QA checks and detect anomalies in lead datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Help build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track campaign performance and trends.
- Contribute to data flow diagrams, dictionaries, and process documentation to support transparency and collaboration.
- Participate in designing and testing proof-of-concept solutions for campaign optimization.
- Research dialer metadata and campaign logic to inform outbound strategy planning.
- Attend team meetings, share ideas, and present progress on assigned tasks.
