DS Technologies Inc is looking for a Data Engineer – Oracle HCM Configuration to support ongoing enhancements, security management, and process improvements across HR technology systems for one of their premier clients.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage user access within the Oracle HCM system, ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
- Build and maintain custom roles to support HCM applications and HR business processes.
- Respond to and resolve access-related issues and requests related to Oracle HCM system functionality.
- Drive agile execution of Oracle HCM system configuration, upgrades, and implementation activities.
- Serve as a domain expert for Oracle HCM access and configuration, collaborating with Oracle for issue resolution, feature enablement, and quarterly improvements.
- Support post-launch configurations and continuous enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Participate in configuration testing, validation, and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
Other
- Collaborate with internal teams (CEG, HR Technology, and other business partners) to align on security process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date security process documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
