Amazon's Selling Partner Insights and Analytics (SPIA) organization is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to architect and build data platforms that directly impact seller experience on Amazon, redefininig the future of e-commerce by leveraging vast amounts of data and a strong focus on AI/LLM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Experience with one or more query language (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL, SparkSQL, Scala)
- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
- Knowledge of distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing
Responsibilities
- design, implement and support scalable data infrastructure solutions that integrate diverse data sources, aggregate and curate data for reporting, analysis and LLM models

- The base pay for this position ranges from $118,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market.
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
