Requirements
- Basic proficiency in SQL, and experience writing queries
- Introductory knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
Responsibilities
- Assist in development of Data Pipelines that extract and transform data for consumption using Python
- Assist in developing and running SQL queries to support leasing, maintenance, and resident data
- Help clean and organize datasets for use in data science, reporting, and analysis
- Work with analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing data projects
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from business departments
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Interest in real estate, housing, or property management is a plus
