Qorvo is looking for a Data Engineering Intern to support data infrastructure that enables analytics, reporting, and machine learning models, and to design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines to unify data from multiple sources.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with distributed systems, ETL concepts, or Spark.
- Familiarity with Git and SQL.
- Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, or related services).
- Exposure to data modeling, schema design, or database optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines to unify data from multiple sources using Spark on AWS.
- Support data infrastructure that enables analytics, reporting, and machine learning models.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, version control, and testing for reliable data delivery.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across structured and unstructured sources.
- Partner with engineers and analysts to define requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
Other
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
