LCS is looking to create and maintain software solutions that meet department/functional needs, leading to operational efficiencies within the business and IT. This involves working with enterprise data sets, different types of reporting, visualization, and analytics software.
Requirements
- Primarily works with enterprise data sets, different types of reporting, visualization and analytics software.
Responsibilities
- Codes, troubleshoots bugs, tests fixes, and verifies both data integrity and functionality based on need and client feedback
- Researches new and innovative BI capabilities and effectively applies them to enhance the company’s analytic abilities
- Work with team members to develop and document data mappings, workflows, and other data maintenance procedures
- Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
Other
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Student completing Master’s degree preferred or a minimum 2 years completed towards bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program
