Requirements
- Experience with HACCP paperwork review
- Experience with process step registration and recording
- Experience with database systems
- Experience with yield and bottleneck identification
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) usage
Responsibilities
- Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork
- Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch
- Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
- Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
- Radio Frequency (RF) usage
Other
- This position is first shift, the hours are 8:30am-6:30pm.
- This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a "can do attitude", and the ability to follow procedures.
- Person must be detailed and team oriented.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
