Hamaspik HomeCare is seeking to maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes to support various departments and deliver exceptional care to patients.
Requirements
- Proficient in using data entry software
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
- Generate and prepare reports as required by management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols.
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
