MHVillage/Datacomp needs to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected from onsite manufactured home inspections to support their appraisal process and provide reliable valuation services.
Requirements
- Proficiency with GMail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Ability to quickly learn new information, processes, and systems
Responsibilities
- Enter accurate and complete information into appraisal software systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Utilize tools such as Google Maps and real estate listings to verify property details and enhance data accuracy
- Assist in deciphering and decoding handwritten notes and inspector comments
- Support the appraisal team by ensuring timely and precise data submission for report generation
- Review and verify data collected from field inspectors, including handwritten notes and photographs
- Communicate with field inspectors via phone or email to clarify any unclear or missing information

- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in five 8-hour shifts
