Requirements
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of data entry tools and office software such as MS Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing regular quality control checks
- Maintain organized records and keep information confidential according to company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve data processes and resolve discrepancies
- Prioritize and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments when needed
Other
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while remaining accountable to assigned tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
