Responsibilities
- Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness before filing
- File legal documents electronically using internal systems and email platforms
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to filings
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and technical skills
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Complete additional projects and assignments as directed by management
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and company policies
