- Review and file legal documents accurately using internal systems and email
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during data entry
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate team members or supervisors
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information
Other
- No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and process familiarity
