Springwell needs to ensure accurate and timely processing of consumer billing information and support overall financial operations by updating consumer databases, resolving vendor billing issues, and managing the posting of charges and payments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry to update consumer records with authorization approvals
- Identify billing errors and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Work closely with vendor agencies to address and resolve billing issues
- Manage consumer billing processes, including invoicing for monthly copays and posting checks for services rendered
- Update and maintain accurate consumer databases with approval authorizations and billing information
- Support administrative functions such as mailing invoices, generating monthly reports, and maintaining documentation
- Assist in resolving vendor and consumer billing inquiries promptly and professionally
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or data entry
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
