Citi is looking to solve data-focused technology solutions and improve processes and workflow for key business functions through the Services Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Operational Execution Team
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management or related area
- Strong project management skills
- Optimizes work processes by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, while monitoring tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes

Responsibilities
- Consult with end users to support defining, and/or integrating processes to align with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and/or Data Risk and Control framework and taxonomy
- Ability to think strategically, creatively problem solve, and the ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives
- Leads system change process from requirements through implementation and contributes to workflow or process change/redesign
- Monitor and report governance metrics including Data Governance adoption and maturity
- Monitor alignment of processes across business, functions, and lines of business to the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and standards to meet its specific requirements
- Develop resources to effectively and concisely articulate progress on the Data Governance strategy and/or Data Risk and Control framework for senior leadership
- Support the roll-out of processes impacting Data Domains across Services organization

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required
