Requirements
- Strong understanding of data stewardship and governance concepts, with the ability to research data definitions, usage, and flow across systems and domains.
- Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL); familiarity with enterprise platforms like PLM, PIM, ERP, and B2B.
- Experience with structured data processes and enterprise systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage business data by ensuring clarity, proper usage, and alignment with data policies, security, privacy, and quality standards within assigned data domains.
- Lead regulatory and audit data efforts by identifying, defining, and validating data in collaboration with IT and compliance teams to meet legal and audit requirements.
- Oversee the data lifecycle including curation, operational and administrative management, and ongoing data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
- Establish and monitor data quality and metadata standards, including defining rules, tracking adherence, and reporting on data quality and metadata completeness.
- Drive data governance initiatives by implementing and enforcing data standards, resolving integration issues, and supporting process improvements across business areas.
- Collaborate across teams including Data Stewardship communities, Global Data Governance, and regulatory partners to ensure cohesive data management practices.
- Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders to address issues, share progress, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and trusted data.

- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in data management, governance, data quality, or related disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective in diverse settings and able to clearly convey complex concepts to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions with minimal guidance.
- Capable of driving change, leading without formal authority, and influencing others through relationship-building and negotiation.
- Curious and motivated to stay current with industry trends; quick to learn new systems and apply lessons from past experiences to improve performance.
