Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI features in Power BI, including AI visuals, Q&A, and decomposition trees, Copilot etc.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision making, or problem-solving.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools like Figma for prototyping

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Power BI projects and GenAI features utilization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, ensuring efficient data retrieval and performance.
- Implement DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and measures to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs, into Power BI.
- Create dashboards with increase sophistication that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities, such as automated insights and smart narratives.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Power BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs, providing inputs on metric definitions to drive Business Outcomes.
