ServiceNow's Data & Analytics team needs to drive strategic decision-making, product growth, and operational excellence by building robust data pipelines and executive dashboards that power insight across the organization. This role will contribute to enhancing these capabilities by designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating AI features, and ensuring data accuracy and user-centric design.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI features in Power BI, including AI visuals, Q&A, and decomposition trees, Copilot etc.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools like Figma for prototyping

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Power BI projects and GenAI features utilization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, ensuring efficient data retrieval and performance.
- Implement DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and measures to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs, into Power BI.
- Create dashboards with increase sophistication that leverage AI features like Copilot for AI-driven insights and enhanced forecasting.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Power BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
