The Data Integration Lead is responsible for driving the execution, enablement, and adoption of the organization's Data Transformation Plan, supporting various use cases through seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with core data concepts, data controls, Data Quality measurement methodologies, and data lineage principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully implementing projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of Finance products such as Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs), FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Loans is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in financial control, accounting, and/or risk management is also a plus.
  • Proven ability to be nimble, adjust priorities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how individual contributions and departmental functions collectively integrate to achieve overarching business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct thorough data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Execute tasks that directly contribute to various data initiatives, including but not limited to data requirements gathering, issues management, development of Data Quality rules, data lineage tracking, Data Governance frameworks, and taxonomy definition.
  • Develop clear and concise business requirements, meticulously mapping current and future state processes to drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute tactically to the strategic design and implementation of process improvement projects across various lines of business and functions, working in close partnership with Technology, Operations, and other support organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology partners throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Steer the definition of business and functional requirements, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, and facilitate seamless implementation.
  • Support the timely resolution of project issues by devising and offering innovative solutions to complex problems.

Other

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Financial/Regulatory Reporting (e.g., 15c3-3), and/or Business Transformation.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, actively facilitating and executing day-to-day activities and meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Proactively examine and evaluate project status, meticulously identifying potential risks and issues.
  • Determine the appropriateness of content and materials for Governance forums, providing expert guidance on revisions and refinements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of overall programs and projects, including overseeing associated dependencies.
