The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating and executing day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions, and Lines of Business at Citi.

Responsibilities
- Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
- Develops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes
- Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies.
- Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
- Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- 6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
