Shopify is looking for Data Engineers and Product Data Scientists to architect and manage data pipelines, understand products, and improve them.

Responsibilities
Data Engineers to architect and manage the expansive data pipelines that fuel everything from product analytics to merchant-facing data products.
Product Data Scientists to deeply understand our products, telling their stories and figuring out how to make them 10x better.
Other
Interns are expected to work in the office full time, with a hard minimum of being in-office 3 days/week.
You must be legally entitled to work in the USA for the entire duration of the 2026 internship (January 5th to August 21st, 2026).
Shopify does not provide immigration support to intern candidates at this time.
As a Data Intern you must be able to work from one of our participating offices: Bellevue, or New York.
If you don’t currently live in Bellevue or New York, you must be willing and able to relocate for in-office experiences to the closest Shopify office to you.
