ProSidian seeks a Data Management Specialist - Junior to support government clients in the Federal (USA) Sector, specifically focusing on Transition and Economic Development for Veterans Benefits Administration. The role aims to help service members, veterans, and their families navigate VA benefits and resources, promoting economic empowerment and well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and other program documentation
- Prepare graphics presentations
- Plan and coordinate meetings/conferences
- Perform data entry, filing, and reproduction
- Applies familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents
- Visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges
- Confidently engaging in productive “Jugaad” and dialogue targeting mission success

- Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
- Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria
- All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct
- The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined
- 3 years Minimum Experience providing services and working in structured environs as a Administrative Assistant specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for Specialized areas such of Govt. Policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of Service members from military service to civilian life
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance
