EY is seeking a Data Management and Strategy professional to help clients in the Healthcare sector solve their data management challenges and improve their business performance
Requirements
- Functional analyst who has designed and implemented new technology-based solutions
- Experience with data management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise strategy and data management principles
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational database and application development
Responsibilities
- Define and execute deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Actively participate in client working sessions, contributing to the development of analytics solutions
- Conduct maturity assessments on data management capabilities, advising on best practices and tools
- Analyze business and data processing problems to implement and improve existing computer systems using best in class automation technology
- Participate in definition of to-be state including creation and maintenance of PDD and SDD throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks early on the implementation and work on mitigation plans
- Apply critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client service
Other
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience participating in teams of resources in aspects of the delivery of intelligent automation services
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and collaboration skills
- Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, analyze processes, map processes, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Prior consulting experience highly preferred
