EY is seeking an experienced forecasting leader to drive technology transformation projects in the Life Sciences sector, focusing on strategic forecasting and allied capabilities, with the goal of building a better working world.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in python programming specializing in data handling, managing, ETL jobs
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in querying data in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
• 5-7 years of experience in building statistical forecast models for the pharma industry
• Exposure to sourcing/automating data pulls using APIs from different platforms e.g. evaluate pharma, pricecentriq
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Power Apps
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentoring team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions.
• Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development.
• Engage actively with clients, leading workstreams, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting.
• Lead delivery of large client engagements and be accountable for the success of the delivery with high quality and timeliness in an evolving business environment.
• Develop and implement statistical forecast models for the pharma industry using techniques such as time series forecasting and patient flow analysis.

Other

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferably a business degree
• 4 to 6 years+ of relevant experience in delivering client engagements across sizes and geographies with deep expertise in Pharma commercial industry
• Well-developed business acumen and strong problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to make impactful presentations & expertise at using excel & PPTs
• Ability to travel as required to meet client needs and project demands
