QinetiQ US is seeking a Data Manager to support a Department of Defense (DoD) FMS program, responsible for managing all data management functions in line with DoD contract requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in data management, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment
- Strong understanding of DoD contract data management requirements (CDRLs, SDRLs)
- Familiarity with configuration management processes and tools
- Proficiency in data management software and tools
Responsibilities
- Manage the development, review, and timely submission of CDRLs in compliance with contract requirements
- Track and process incoming SDRLs from suppliers, ensuring adherence to program timelines and quality standards
- Maintain configuration control of all program documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with DoD standards
- Support data audits, inspections, and reviews as required by program management
- Ensure all data management processes align with DoD contract specifications and security protocols
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
