CACI is seeking a Data Migration leader to join our distinguished team supporting USTRANSCOM. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, data migration best practices, and the ability to manage complex data migration projects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of extensive, progressive experience in data migration across various SAP modules including SD, MM, QM, PM, FI
- Expert-level knowledge of automation and low code technologies
- Proven track record migrating large-scale, complex ERP environments
- Experience with data migration tools (SAP Data Services, Informatica, etc.)
- Superior skills in scripting, automation, and system integration
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in data quality and data migration best practices
- Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Perform detailed data analysis to understand current data landscapes and identify data relevancy and quality issues
- Support the creation of data mapping documents to ensure accurate translation of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
- Evaluate and select appropriate data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica, etc.)
- Oversee the execution of data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with executive leadership on Next Generation ERP strategy and technology roadmaps

- Secret security clearance or US citizen with ability to successfully complete background investigation to obtain clearance
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Certification in project management
- Expertise in federal IT regulations, compliance, and security frameworks
