The Data Operations Manager is needed to ensure the excellence of data ingestion processes and to address deficiencies by implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to read/understand at least one programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Groovy, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Help to continuously maintain and improve quality data ingestion and delivery.
- Keep up to date on evolving standards, norm models, file ingestion and delivery methods, vendors, and technology.
- Solve issues across most parts of the team’s domain with limited guidance.
- Ensure team processes and best practices are understood, followed, and improved upon.
- Ability to read/understand at least one programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Groovy, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the technical aspects of Clearwater systems and our best practices with non-technical internal and external stakeholders.

- 3+ years of work experience in investment management front office or operations or within an international data provider.
