CareQuest Institute's Data & Analytic Insights Team is looking to design and deliver scalable data products that empower analytics, reporting, and machine learning across the organization.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL programming
- 1-2 years of experience developing and maintaining data products
- Proficiency in Relational Databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Data Visualization (Tableau and/or PowerBI)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with medical or dental claims data, electronic health records, and/or dental practice management software preferred
- Hands-on expertise with statistical software such as R, SAS, or STATA.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data products that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with licensing, legal, and ethical requirements
- Create and maintain Tableau and power BI dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and manage curated datasets, ensuring performance, reliability, and governance given a specific set of business requirements and constraints.
- Document architecture, processes, and product features for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the data product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business impact.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc data extractions, reports, and analysis summaries
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, informatics, public health, or healthcare-related field (or health-related coursework).
- Three years’ experience in data analytics and dashboard development.
- 1-3 years prior related technical and business experience required
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple assignments.
- Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required.
