The U.S. Personal Banking (USPB) organization needs to ensure the integrity and reliability of data across the organization to deliver on its brand promise and drive a high tech, high touch experience for clients.
Requirements
Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs
Experience in data analysis and queries (e.g. SAS, SQL)
Knowledge of Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and Data Operating Model (DOM) execution is an advantage
Experience in Data Quality Measurement and Monitoring
Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
Experience with data governance and data management
Responsibilities
Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements
Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements
Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process
Report Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
Support senior management strategic vision
Other
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
