Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
- strong quantitative background
- experience with statistical and machine learning methods
- experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Responsibilities
- managing, cleaning, and analyzing complex multimodal datasets, including clinical, neuroimaging, behavioral, and digital health data
- applying a range of statistical and machine learning methods to uncover patterns related to mood regulation, treatment response, and underlying biological mechanisms
- contributing to study design, statistical planning, and the interpretation and communication of results
- developing reproducible workflows
- generating visualizations and reports
- contributing to grant proposals and scientific manuscripts
- working closely with investigators, clinicians, and interdisciplinary collaborators
