Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, and SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills for data reporting and modeling
- Experience working with on-premise or cloud-based data tools like Teradata, Snowflake, and Jupyter Notebook
- Strong skills in building reports and dashboards using Power Pivot, MS Excel, and other visualization tools
- Knowledge of automating ETL processes using Github or Airflow
- Experience conducting statistical hypothesis testing and A/B experiments for marketing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models, including customer segmentation, optimization, and prescriptive analytics
- Design and execute machine learning algorithms and recommendation systems to address business challenges
- Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, experimental design, and modeling methodologies
- Conduct financial impact analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of analytics initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Automate data ETL processes and manage data pipelines using tools like Github and Airflow
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics projects
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field
- Or Master’s degree in the same fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Science-related role with a Bachelor’s degree
- Or at least 2 years of experience with a Master’s degree
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
