Requirements
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with developing and automating reports and dashboards
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics projects, including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms
- Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, experimental design, and modeling to solve business challenges
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and insights to leadership at various levels, using visual storytelling to facilitate understanding
- Design, propose, and execute tests to optimize strategies and improve operational efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 4+ years of work experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, or Data Science
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly
