Requirements
- 6+ months' experience in analytics or programming
- 6+ months' experience with SQL
- 6+ months' experience programming with Python
- Experience building supervised and unsupervised predictive models in Python (scikit-learn, xgboost, keras)
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements under guidance.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic analyses of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, support campaign performance, and generate actionable learnings.
- Use SQL and Python/R to extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and member engagement in real time.
- Assist with A/B testing for Messaging features to evaluate impact and inform product decisions.
- Support continuous improvement of messaging campaigns through data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable analytics framework for messaging as a channel.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline required
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to non-technical audiences, including experience creating communication materials (e.g., memos, slide decks)
- Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand business questions and support analytics solutions.
- Document processes and share insights in a clear, concise format for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
