NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology division, a global shared service group, is seeking interns to support critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, and Cyber Security. Specifically, the Global Inventory Planning team needs support in managing and enhancing systems used by Operations users, including building visualizations in Power BI to track performance metrics.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Power BI, including building dashboards, creating DAX measures, and designing intuitive visual layouts.
- Understanding of data sources and basic data modeling to support accurate and insightful reporting.
- Experience or academic exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools, with familiarity in dashboard creation, data modeling, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- building visualizations within Power BI of each of the departments' performance matrices.
Other
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program.
- Spring 2026 graduates are not eligible for our Summer 2026 internship program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week from June 1 – August 7, 2026.
- Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA.
