Mativ is looking to develop advanced analytics and data science skills to support its strategic objectives, including building new capabilities in the Azure Cloud Environment and Power BI front end environments, and tackling real-world business problems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, or any related degree.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of data pipelines and data integration.
- Experience with data governance and data modeling concepts.
- SQL, R, and Python and/or other Object-Oriented languages.
- Software and data model engineering concepts such as versioning, model deployment and model retraining etc.
Responsibilities
- Data Analytics: Enable and work with the BI team to build new capabilities in the Azure Cloud Environment and Power BI front end environments.
- Assist with developing documentation and repositories for the data models and dashboards engineered.
- Interact with business and IT teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Participate in multiple stages of analytics projects, including design, data integration, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Use strategic thinking and perform data analytics for a variety of business problems and opportunities and create data-driven insights.
- Work with a variety of data modeling, data visualization, and analytical tools including Power BI, Data Bricks, and programming languages like SQL, Python, and DAX.
- Help maintain and optimize data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
