MedLink Global is building an AI treatment co-pilot tool (Mentra) in partnership with Mayo Clinic, leveraging multi-million–patient longitudinal datasets to optimize psychiatric treatment decisions with consideration of comorbidities.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Experience with SQL and working with structured datasets.
- Background in machine learning, statistics, or applied mathematics.
- Proficiency with cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP) for large-scale training.
- Graduate-level (MS/PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Prior exposure to healthcare or life sciences data.
- Experience in deep learning, NLP, or time-series analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior AI/ML scientists to analyze multimodal data (structured and unstructured) to build treatment prediction models.
- Implement, train, debug, and evaluate models rigorously to demonstrate scientific validity and drive progress in mental health problems.
- Analyze large-scale, longitudinal healthcare datasets.
- Build and refine predictive models for psychiatric treatment outcomes.
- Design and test features for the Mentra AI treatment co-pilot.
- Support data pipeline development, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Share research findings internally and contribute to the scientific community via publications in top-tier venues.

- Interest in healthcare/mental health applications.
- Collaborate with top clinicians and product leaders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Present findings and prototypes to cross-functional teams (AI, product, clinical).
